About
An engineer by training, an optimist by outlook, a realist by action.
I lead an active lifestyle, and I take a proactive approach to my work.
I found myself in project management, because at this level the whole picture is visible, and the engineering background allows you not to lose focus on details and subtleties. I like to clean up processes and optimize routine operations.
As a manager, I see the pain of a business in a lack of data, and as an engineer, I know the principles of generating reports and metrics. I plan to learn SQL and BI to test my own hypotheses based on metrics in order to help businesses make decisions.
It is important for me to see the results of my work. I would be happy to contribute to a project where I can influence the direction of development, make suggestions for improvement, and implement them.
