About
Action for Civilian Development Network is one of the local CSO in Northen Rakhine State which has founded in last December 3, 2024 and formally formed in 1st January 2025 by six volunteers.
Experience
- 2015-12-01 – 2025-01-10I am the funder of ACDN, previously I am a humanitarian and development professional with nearly 10 years of experience in office, program, and operations roles with INGOs, NGOs, and CSOs. My experience spans both emergency response and development programming, with strong expertise in project management, consortium coordination, cash-based interventions, and nutrition programming.
I have recently served as Senior Project Officer (Nutrition & MCH), leading CMAM and consortium nutrition projects under LIFT, in partnership with CSI, ACF, PSSAG, and CARE. My responsibilities included coordination, project planning, staff supervision, data management, financial oversight, and donor reporting (weekly, monthly, and quarterly). I also managed cash forecasting, salary payments, and financial controls for CM staff, CHWs, and consultants.
I possess strong experience in multi-sectoral program management, including MPCA, Cash for Work, Livelihoods and Food Security, Emergency Food/NFI, WASH-linked activities, and TVET programs. Previously, I worked with DRC in multiple roles such as Economic Recovery Team Leader, Livelihood Team Leader, and Livelihood Officer, implementing projects funded by LIFT, BHA/OFDA, GIZ, and EMPLOY.
My technical skills include monitoring and evaluation, KOBO/KII tools development, data analysis, budget management, security incident reporting, and community-based programming. I have extensive experience working with diverse local communities and coordinating partner organizations to ensure quality implementation in line with donor requirements.
Overall, my background reflects strong capacity in leading teams, managing partnerships, and delivering accountable, high-quality humanitarian and development programs in complex settings.
